You may not enjoy strength training (and many do not) but stop thinking about how much you hate it and instead think about how good the results are for you. The benefits of strength training are huge. They range from developing muscle tone and definition, increased strength and stamina, revving up your metabolism, and burning up more body fat. Carrying more lean muscle mass is the key to getting and staying fit and lean, and the only way to do it is to strength train. Try to stop focusing on the negative and instead focus on the positive results that come from hotting the weights.
