There is everything from Clean Eating to Budget Friendly, plus options for specialized diets like Paleo, Gluten Free, Diabetic, or Vegetarian. If you think that your schedule is too busy to prepare an elaborate meal, then try the Slow Cooker or 30-Minute Meal menus. 

    Not sure which plan you want? No problem! You can simply click the “view sample” button and emeals will show you a sample plan which includes 3 meals, complete with recipes.

  • Get Your Recipes. Every week, your meal plan will be sent to your email, but you can also access it by logging into your emeals account on the website. It includes 7 entrees with side dishes, plus detailed preparation instructions.

  • But, perhaps the best feature of all is the amazing shopping list. Not only does it list every ingredient you will need for the entire week, but it is even organized according to supermarket departments. All you have to do is print it, check off what you need, and you will be ready to make mouth-watering meals. For the tech-savvy, there is also an app available when you subscribe.
  • Prepare Your Meals. Now that you have the recipes and the ingredients, it is easy to make interesting, delicious meals whether you are cooking for yourself or a large family.

  • Availability. When you visit the website, there is a live chat option in the bottom right hand corner of your screen. From my experience, they answer instantly and are always very helpful.

  • Store-Based Option. For many plans, if you choose a grocery store preference from their list, your menus will be coordinated with weekly sales. It should be noted that there are not very many stores to choose from and this option is not available to anyone outside of the U.S.A. However, if you regularly shop at one of the offered stores, using this feature could help you save on food costs.

  • Blog. Blog entries offer great resources including guides, tips, recipes, and user reviews.

  • Free Trial. If you aren't sure how well the program will fit with your family or lifestyle, emeals offers a free 14 day trial so you can see how it works before deciding if it is worth the investment.

  • Adaptable. It is fairly simple to adapt many of the recipes to your personal needs. For example, a clean eating menu recipe can easily be made Gluten Free by substituting rice noodles for whole wheat pasta, or Vegan by replacing non-dairy options for milk and cheese. Without a lot of rearranging you can accommodate allergies or multiple eating needs within the same family.

  • Print. You can save or print out the recipes and shopping lists so they can be used again in the future. That way you can keep your favorites and stay stocked up on essential staple ingredients.
