Is my workout okay??

I am a pretty skinny guy and want to gain some muscle as soon as i can. Is it okay to work the same muscle groups twice a week? For example Monday/Wednesday chest, triceps, shoulder then Tuesday/Thursday Back, Biceps,Forearms then do legs on fridays

I would not strength train two days in a row, even if you are working seperate muscles. You should consider lifting weights three days a week or at the most every other day. It can be counterproductive not to give your muscles 48 hours for rest and recovery.

You can certainly work the same muscle groups two times in the same week, by alternating your workouts. On Monday you could work your chest, arms, shoulders and legs. Then on Wednesday you could work your upper back, core, and again work your chest and legs. On Friday you would repeat the workout from Monday

You should try to work larger muscle groups like your quads, glutes, hamstrings and upper body, more than the smaller muscle groups like your arms...The more you work the bigger muscles, the faster you will add muscle mass.
