Healthy Ideas for Breakfast

Do you skip breakfast? Many people do, and that is a terrible way to start the day. Your metabolism does not kick in until you eat in the morning. When you sleep you are fasting and need to eat a complete breakfast (protein and complex carbs) when you wake up to start your metabolism and give your body the energy it needs to begin the day. If you feel you cannot make the time in the morning even a healthy nutrition bar is better than nothing. I like the Quest bars since they are very low in sugars and high in protein, fiber, and taste great!
