Healthy Breakfast Tips

Watch out for the supposedly "healthy" breakfast cereals in stores. Many are high in fat, calories, and sugar. Oatmeal is a healthy, quick, great way to start your day. I use a packet of instant oats (preferably low on the sugar content). Add cinnamon, nuts, berries, etc and some hot water. This way you can control the ingredients and enjoy a healthy, nutritious, fast breakfast to rev your metabolism and give you energy to get your morning off on the right foot.
