Is firming your booty a goal? Make sure you devote some time to glute tightening exercises each week. Some of my favorites are the "Butt Blasters" where you start on your hands and knees raising your leg up behind you and pressing upward through your foot toward the ceiling as high as you can go. Repeat several times with each leg. Another is the "Bridge" lying on your back with knees bent and squeezing your glutes up and down. Squats and lunges should definitely yield some results. Finally, spend a few days a week on the elliptical utilizing the incline feature for a surefire way to tone up your booty.
