Dinner should be a lighter meal. Try to keep your dinner to no more than 25% of your daily calories and try to eat it on the earlier side. Overeating too late is a bad idea since you won't be able to burn off as many of those calories before you go to bed as we're less active at night. Going to bed on a full stomach can also lead to digestive and sleep issues. Do yourself and your waistline a favor and aim to keep your dinner on the earlier and lighter side whenever possible.
