I have been doing 30 minutes of cardio a day on a elliptical machine for 2 months, I'm trying to lose excess fat and show my abs put im not getting anywhere. I eat well, barely any carbs, veg, balanced diet etc. should I carry on or is there more or something else I need to do to get rid of my fat?
