About Kyle

Hi!

My name is Kyle, I am a 24-year-old business management student at Florida Gulf Coast University and also a certified NASM master trainer at L.A. Fitness. in Naples.

I grew up in Michigan playing many sports. I played tennis and lacrosse in high school and varsity lacrosse at Western Michigan University.

ab crunch routine

Obviously playing college lacrosse meant a lot of hard and I spent a good amount of time in the gym and weight room. My passion for competitive sports and training quickly sparked an interest which turned into an obsession with fitness.

My father had me lifting light weights and eating tons of protein at a young age, which manifested itself into my love for sports and competing as well as strength training, athletic training, cardio and nutrition.

The way I see it, you are given one body. It is all that you have, and what you do with it is your choice. There are no short cuts. It is very simple... what you put in is what you are going to get out.


My Goal

My goal is to help men realize the full potential of their bodies by combining strength training, cardio, and nutrition so that they get the results they want.
