28% body fat

I'm desperate for some help with my training. I exercise 3-5 Times a week, combination of 30/40 min cardio, weights, yoga, kettlebells. My body fat is still high. My weight is within the healthy zone for my height but I can pinch more than an inch and have cellulite all over my arms, legs and abs. I'm 59kg, 177cm, 28% body fat, small build female. Can anyone help me please?

Hi Bumpy - It sounds like you have a good fitness plan put together with a wide range of different exercises. I would recommend that you try and exercise at least 4 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week. Our circuit training workout for weight loss listed below that includes sample workouts could be helpful.

You should also concentrate on a low-calorie diet and make sure you are no over compensating with your workouts by eating extra calories. That is something many of us tend to do. I hope this information was helpful and look forward to hearing from you again.
