Once you commit to exercising on a regular basis, you will quickly see improvement in your overall health, mentally and physically.

Regular exercise is a significant part of effective weight loss. It can be very low-cost and can be done using your time schedule.
The formula is pretty simple for losing weight. If the number of calories you burn through your daily activities, and the ones you burn exercising add up to be less than the calories you consumed for that given day, you will lose weight.
Too many of us know that dieting to lose weight AND being able to keep it off just doesn’t seem to work. We may lose it for a few months but eventually it just seems to keep coming back (at least it did for me).
What does work to keep the pounds off is eating the right foods and participating in a regular exercise plan during the week.
Studies have shown that those who successfully lose weight and keep it off don’t do it by just by dieting or working out. They do both.
