Speed on Your Treadmill Training Chart
by: Pat

Hi Anje - I am sorry for the confusion and at some point I do think we should all be together on the metric system. Our treadmill training plan was set up as mph. I would like to congratulate on your decision to be fit and healthy in your 60's. It is never to late to get back in shape with a few lifestyle changes. I would recommend that you consult your doctor before beginning your plan.

There have been changes with the body regarding things like loss of bone density that should be addressed for your own well being. Once you get the go-ahead, you may want to look at our running for beginners 7 week jog & walk plan to help you get started the right away without taking the chance of injury. Best of luck to you and please let us know how you do.
