28% body fat
I'm desperate for some help with my training. I exercise 3-5 Times a week, combination of 30/40 min cardio, weights, yoga, kettlebells. My body fat is still high. My weight is within the healthy zone for my height but I can pinch more than an inch and have cellulite all over my arms, legs and abs. I'm 59kg, 177cm, 28% body fat, small build female. Can anyone help me please?
